On the tenth jubilee edition of the Datawarehousing & Business Intelligence Summit internationally acclaimed analyst Mike Ferguson presents about the possibilities of an Enterprise Data Marketplace and in his second session the emergence of Data Observability. The Datawarehousing & Business Intelligence Summit takes place on April 4th in the Van der Valk Hotel Utrecht, The Netherlands. As an analyst and consultant he specialises in business intelligence / analytics, data management, big data and enterprise business integration. In his keynote Building an Enterprise Data Marketplace, Mike Ferguson looks at what a data marketplace is, how to build one and how you can use it to govern data sharing across the enterprise and beyond. He also looks at what is needed to operate a data marketplace and the trend to become a marketplace for both data and analytical products.
In his second session Data Observability – What is it and why is it important?, Mike Ferguson looks at the emergence of Data Observability and looks at what it is about, what Data Observability can observe, vendors in the market and examples of what vendors are capturing about data.
This tenth jubilee edition of the DW & BI Summit will offer an extensive programme with keynotes from speakers within the Business Intelligence field like Mike Ferguson, Nigel Turner, Thomas Frisendal, Alec Sharp, Tanja Ubert, Matthijs Stel, Jan W. Veldsink and Rick van der Lans.
